IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
House Members are strongly encouraged to dress up in wizard costume.
House Members should wear something of their house color.
House Members will begin at the start line together (there will be 4 waves).
House Members may be asked to compete in wizard events to score points for
their house anytime during the event. House with most points will win a prize for every house member at the race.

NATIONAL BRAIN TUMOR SOCIETY - National Brain Tumor Society unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites our community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and care partners.

EARLY PACKET PICKUP LOCATION:

October 23 - 10 AM to 12 Noon 
*YES! Anyone can pick up your packet as long as they have a photo of your ID on their phone.

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP:
(Badass Running Company's Table)

October 24 - 7:00AM to 7:30 AM
Please arrive during this time if you don't do early packet pickup as after 7:30AM the table is converted to the medal pickup booth. 

PLENTY OF FREE PARKING:
Please arrive by 7:20 AM at the latest to make sure you are parked and in the race start area.

RACE COURSE: 
An out and back sidewalk course heading South on Lyons with no major street crossings.  At the halfway turn around point 8 ounce bottled waters will be handed out. Please make sure you DO NOT litter our beautiful Delray so either drink at the half way point and race volunteers will take it or hold it until you get back to the finisher's area. Even though a sidewalk course always use caution on the course as there are no street closures.

RACE TIMING: 
Free and Optional but provides you with the route directions as you run or walk and will record your time, distance and place you on the leaderboard with everyone else in the event. Simply download the Strava App, join the Badass Running Company “Club” (CLICK HERE) and click “I’m Going” to any event to which you’re registered. Make sure you do all of this BEFORE race day. At the event we will explain final details about using the app for your run.

COVID PRECAUTIONS AT THE EVENT:

• Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  
• Use a hand sanitizer before and after-touch surfaces and objects at the event, we will have large hand sanitizers there.
• Face masks are optional in the finishers area and your start wave area at the event. 
  
• Respect social distance of 6 feet whenever possible.

In consideration of being permitted to volunteer in this event, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Badass Running Company and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, Palm Beach County, Carmela Coffee, West Delray Plaza and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in this event, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by Badass Running Company or employees, volunteers, officers, directors negligence. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
