Of course, if you're in the polar vortex and do go for a run don't stick your tongue to anything medal. Actually, don't stick your tongue onto anything, it's -58 degrees!

The Spectacular Custom 4 Inch Medal (pictured) is a true declaration that you survived and thrived during the Polar Vortex and through registration donated to the National Coalition for the Homeless who is the charity organization attached to this 5K virtual run. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A VIRTUAL RACE:
1. Walk OR Run for 3.1 (5K) anytime.
2. Take a clear post-run picture of you and your run phone app or running watch.
3. Upload your distance and picture to the Facebook group Badass Fit Friends (CLICK HERE) using the hashtag #BadassForCharity
