Get your 5K Race on with some 80’s tunes with your Best Badass Runner & Walker Friends or do it by your ice cream loving self!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS VIRTUAL RACE / CHALLENGE:
Option 1: Facebook Group
Run or Walk using any tracking app such as Strava, RunKeeper, Runtastic, etc. and then submit your time to our Badass Virtual Run Facebook Group - CLICK HERE
Option 2: Strava Group
1. Join our Badass Running Company club on the Strava Run/Walk App by (CLICKING HERE).
2. Using Strava, Run or Walk for 3.1 miles (5K).
3. Save your Activity as "Run For The Ice Cream 5K Virtual Run".

Feeding South Florida
Feeding South Florida is the sole Feeding America food bank serving Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties. They are the largest and most efficient food bank in each of the counties we serve. More than 98% of all donations are put back into the community. For every registration to this event, Feeding South Florida will be able provide 28 meals to a family in need.
