What's RunRow Extreme?

Step into the Orangetheory Studio, the music is pumping and your heart is racing. The buzzer sounds and you Row like your rowing from a Great White Shark until you hit the 5000 meter mark. You'll immediately move to your designated treadmill and Run a 5K like a Grizzly was chasing you. Or like a creepy clown was behind you if that helps you move faster.

COACHES:
Oh no no, you're not alone in this because every extreme race registrant will have the opportunity to bring one coach or cheerleader with them. Choose wisely, this person will help you get through with your best possible time. You will receive one coach entry bracelet with your registration.
 
FINISHERS MEDAL:
Everyone who completes the challenge will get a spectacular custom over-sized full color RunRow Extreme Finisher's Medal with beautiful ribbon indicating "Extreme Finisher. Those who do not complete the full 5000 meters and 5K within 60 minutes will also get the medal complete with ribbon that indicates "Extreme Effort" because we think you're Badass for just giving your best effort!

RACE DAY CHECK-IN:
Be at the event's Orangetheory location at least 15 minutes before your wave time. Be prepared to fill out Orangetheory paperwork if you haven't been to that particular studio. During the event only registered racers, coaches, OTF / Badass Staff & Volunteers are permitted inside the race area.

    The mission of Special Olympics Florida is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for people with intellectual disabilities who wish to participate, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

    Important Information:
    Open to all ages, consent for those under 18 will be required.
    Race will take place rain or shine (It's an indoor studio!).

    In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against Badass Running Company, Orangetheory Fitness and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, the City of Delray Beach and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in this event, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by Badass Running Company or employees, volunteers, officers, directors negligence. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me.
