ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

Marion County, WV Volunteer Fire Chief's Association members came together for a regional request for federal funding from the Assistance to Firefighter Grant (AFG) Program through FEMA in 2016. This cooperative effort has been awarded funding to enhance recruitment and retention of volunteer firefighters in their area. This program is designed to enhance public safety and the safety of the volunteer firefighters of Marion County, WV and surrounding communities.
