HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A VIRTUAL CHALLENGE:
1. Complete the Badass OCR Challenge Anytime & Anywhere
(SEE LIST OF EXERCISES BELOW & Take As Long As You Need To Complete)
2. Take a clear post-challenge picture of you and note your challenge completion time
3. Upload your picture and challenge completion time to the Facebook group Badass Fit Friends (CLICK HERE) using the hashtag #BadassForCharity

The mission of this organization is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The families casualties suffer in many ways: some financially, some psychologically. Wounded Warriors offers a multitude of services to those in need.
