The 50th Anniversary Edition and its total number of 1,964 cars built pays homage to the original 1964 debut of the Mustang. The 50th Anniversary Edition quarter panels are rendered using three layers of glass, intending to emulate the louvers on the original Mustang. Extra chrome trim that adorns the taillights, grille, and side glass are an inspiration to the original car. The 19-inch Y-Spoke wheels have nods to the 1964 Mustangs, and the GT 50 Years" badge is placed on the rear trunk where the "GT" badge would normally be situated. Inside, the serial number badge appears, while beautiful Cashmere Leather and Stitching can be found throughout the cabin.
50th Anniversary GT's are fitted with the performance pack:, 6-piston Brembo Front Brakes and Pirelli P Zero tires, 5.0L V8, producing 435hp and 400lb-ft of torque, sending power to the rear wheels. Optioned 6-Speed Manual and Limited Slip Rear Axle makes this an exciting vehicle to drive. As Mustang fans would know, this drivetrain produces spectacular aggressive notes through a Dual Exhaust System. LED Taillamps boasting the signature Sequential Turn Signals, a 12-Speaker Audio System, a selection of Drive Modes, Blind Spot Info System, Heated/Ventilated Seats, and of course a Rear View Camera are all optioned on this vehicle.
The Anniversary Box which contains Anniversary Books and a special plaque come with the vehicle. A Car Cover is also included, Original Stickers, Wheel Locks, and a copy of the Original Window Sticker. Original 2 Keys are also included with the car.
