Fun Fitness Camp Challenge with HHS TV
Badass Running Company in a partnership event with Linzi Martinez andHappy Healthy Stronger Makeover Grand Finale presents the Fun Fitness Challenge to the three Badass Delray/Boca Makeover contestants.
Come participate as well as support the three makeover contestants who are daring to change their lives! As well, the entire event is being filmed for a possible TV airing. Please CLICK GOING if you're coming so we can track how much equipment to bring.
BADASS Fitness Challenge will take place at Anchor Park with a little bit of fun across the street on the beautiful beach.
What Is Badass Fitness Camp?
Sixty Minutes of the most fun you've ever had getting fit courtesy of Your Fit Challenge Seargent Steven Spitz (owner of Badass Running Company), MS.Ed., Certified Spartan SGX Coach & Obstacle Course Specialist
What you can expect...
A combination of fitness games and functional movements incorporating strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and full body movement exercises. It won't be unusual to burn up to 1,000 calories so make sure you are well hydrated and have eaten something in the morning. This means banana, oatmeal or a solid form of carbohydrates or you won't make it through.
What to wear...
Your typical running sneakers is best and you can wear anything you want but we don't recommend a white shirt unless you don't mind it being other colors at the end. We do get down and dirty!
Where to Park?
Plenty of parking, the park has its own large parking lot.
